Completed Trainings

I believe clients deserve a therapist who continues growing. I participate in ongoing professional training to ensure the approaches I use are current, effective, and grounded in the latest research. My recent continuing education includes:

Somatic Approaches to Sexual Trauma (through Modern Sex Therapy Institute): — training in body-based, trauma-informed methods to support healing from sexual trauma (3 hours).

Common Sexual Issues in Everyday Clinical Practice: workshop covering typical sexual and intimacy concerns clients might bring (1.5 hours).

Internal Family Systems (IFS): focused on “parts work,” self-compassion, and healing inner conflicts/emotional parts (12 hours).

Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs): ongoing training (as of 11/25/25), through the TLC Foundation — specialized training for working with hair-pulling, skin-picking, and related behaviors.

Session Fee:

$120 for 50-minute individual sessions. I do offer sliding scale options (see FAQ page for more information).

Good Faith Estimate (GFE)

A Good Faith Estimate is available upon scheduling or upon request.

Online Therapy

Ever thought about counseling from your couch? Picture this: you can get help right from home, whenever works for you. It's perfect for busy folks like stay-at-home moms, hardworking professionals with packed schedules, or students trying to balance it all. And let's face it, for some, going to an office for therapy can be intimidating. But with online counseling, you can skip the travel hassle and prioritize your mental health in a way that feels right for you.
